    Delivery Terms

    1. Delivery to destination

Based on the buyer's request, the ordered goods will be delivered to the specified destination on a pre-agreed date and under pre-agreed conditions. The buyer is obliged to ensure the acceptance of the goods at the specified place on the pre-agreed date personally, or through an authorized person who must present the relevant authorization or identity document upon receipt of the goods.

In the event that the buyer fails to ensure the acceptance of the goods according to the conditions mentioned above, the goods will be transported by the carrier back to the distribution warehouse. In this case, the seller is entitled to demand full payment from the buyer for this transport (to the destination and back to the distribution warehouse). The seller shall not be entitled to this right only if the non-acceptance of the goods by the buyer occurs due to force majeure (natural disasters, etc.) or due to obvious defects and damage to the product (for more details, see the “Complaints Procedure”).

If the buyer fulfills the delivery terms, which form an integral part of the purchase contract, the seller ensures the delivery of the ordered goods to the destination throughout the Slovak Republic. In the case of a longer distance or if the customer requests an individual shipping date, transport is subject to a fee. The transport price is agreed upon individually in advance, according to the terms of the contractual carrier and taking into account the characteristics of the transported product.

    2. Personal pickup

The buyer may pick up the goods in person at a pre-agreed date at the relevant seller's collection point (see “Contacts”). In this case, the buyer arranges the transport of the goods at their own expense and at their own responsibility.

    3. General carriage conditions

    Basic provisions

    1. These General carriage conditions apply to the transport service provided by the supplier, unless special conditions are issued for the given service. Derogation from these General carriage conditions in individual cases is possible only on the basis of a written agreement between the supplier and the customer.
    2. These General carriage conditions are binding for the customer from the moment they enter into a legal relationship with the supplier by signing a binding order. The customer is in an exclusive contractual relationship only with the supplier and under no circumstances with any other person whom the customer provides for the transport of the goods.

    1. The contractual relationship between the customer and the supplier arises at the moment the customer confirms the supplier's order.
    2. By ordering the transport of goods according to the supplier's price list of services, the customer expresses agreement with these “General carriage conditions”. The service price is communicated in advance, and the buyer is familiar with it and agrees to it when creating the order.
    3. Based on the contractual relationship established in accordance with point 1, the obligation of the supplier to arrange the transport of the goods and the obligation of the customer to pay for the goods arises, unless specified otherwise in the binding order.

    Delivery of goods

    1. The supplier's obligation to deliver the goods is fulfilled upon delivery of the goods to the customer at the specified destination.
    2. If the recipient designated by the customer was not encountered in person, the goods may also be released against written confirmation to other persons present at the destination on the premises of the customer, as well as to other persons whom it can be demonstrably assumed are authorized to accept the goods. This does not apply if the customer expressly states in writing in the order that the goods must be delivered exclusively to the recipient; in such a case, the goods must be handed over only to the recipient and no one else. The supplier is in no case obliged to verify the recipient's identity.
    3. If the customer anticipates that the recipient may not be present at the time of delivery of the goods, they may also give consent in the order to hand over the goods to a person outside the recipient's destination (e.g., neighboring company, neighbor's property, etc.). The customer must always send this consent to the supplier in writing.
    4. In the event that the customer states in the order that the transported goods will be paid for by the recipient in cash at the destination, the supplier is entitled to hand over the goods to the recipient only if the recipient pays the price for the goods.
    5. In the event that the customer refuses to accept the goods at the destination or the goods cannot be delivered for other reasons, particularly due to an inaccurate or non-existent address, absence of the recipient, and absence of any other person to whom it would be possible to deliver the goods at the destination in accordance with these “General carriage conditions” (hereinafter referred to as “undeliverable goods”); the supplier must immediately inform the customer thereof and await further instructions. If no instructions are given within a reasonable time, no later than 15 minutes, or if these instructions cannot be carried out, or if it is not possible to contact the customer; the supplier is obliged to deliver the goods back to the supplier's depot. In the event that the customer provides further instructions to the supplier regarding the undeliverable shipment, the customer is obliged to pay the supplier the price for carrying out these further instructions as well. If the goods cannot be delivered to the customer, the supplier is entitled to the price for the return transport of the goods to the supplier's depot according to the supplier's price list.
    6. If the undeliverable goods cannot be handed over to the customer, the supplier is entitled to take the goods into the supplier's depot. If there is imminent risk of damage to the goods or if there is a risk of damage to the supplier due to the impossibility of further storing the goods, and at the same time it is not possible in either case to request instructions from the customer, or the customer gives no instructions or their instructions are clearly unfeasible, or feasible only at costs clearly disproportionate to the nature and value of the goods, or if the customer fails to collect the goods from the supplier or does not allow their delivery within 21 days from the date when the goods were to be delivered; the supplier is entitled to sell the goods in a suitable manner. The costs incurred by storing and returning the goods are borne by the customer.

    Delivery period

    1. The delivery period of the goods depends on the agreement between the customer and the supplier.
    2. The transport period ends at the moment the goods are taken over by the customer, or alternatively after an unsuccessful delivery attempt.
    3. Upon ordering the goods, the supplier will inform the customer of the estimated time window in which the shipment will be delivered, within a 3-hour window. The supplier provides its services on business days, from Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 16:00, excluding state-recognized holidays, unless agreed otherwise between the customer and the supplier.
