Permeable Grass Paver ECORASTER® E40

Ecoraster E40®, popularly known as the universal grass paver, is especially suitable for car parking lots, residential driveways, gardens, and campsite areas.

Whether filled with grass or gravel – the 4 cm high permeable grid is the right choice for a wide variety of applications.

Installation

Installation is very easy!
You will receive pre-connected, easy-to-lay pre-assembled sections directly from the manufacturing plant – 1 pallet layer – 12 pieces – 1.33 m², which one person can lift from the pallet and install in a single step.
Installation speed – 100 m² – 1 person approx. one hour of work.

Infill

To fill the grids, you can use crushed aggregate with a grain size of 4 – 8 mm or establish lawn cover. For grass seeding, we recommend using a mixture of soil and grass seed to backfill the ECORASTER.

Depending on the application, you can choose from several different types developed and optimized for specific requirements. There is a suitable solution for every surface stabilization need.

How to properly prepare the subbase for the ECORASTER® system

The properties of the subbase and its water permeability are fundamental for a functioning ground reinforcement system. Depending on the infill, load, and application, various types of permeable paving grids with different base layers are suitable for your project.

Thanks to our more than 20 years of experience in constructing water-permeable, unsealed surfaces, we recommend selecting the correct subbase prior to installing the ECORASTER® system.
